  • GRS recycled & organic options
  • Trims, labels & packaging

(05)How it works

From tech packto container.

Four stages, one merchandiser, and an inspection report before anything ships. Timelines are agreed with you for each order — never assumed.

  1. 01

    Brief & costing

Send a tech pack, a sketch or a reference garment with your target quantities. Your merchandiser comes back with questions, fabric options and a costed proposal.

  2. 02

    Development & sampling

Swatches, lab dips and proto samples, refined through fit comments until you approve a pre-production sample.

  3. 03

    Bulk production

Fabric is tested on arrival, then cut, sewn and finished on a dedicated line with in-line quality checks at every stage.

  4. 04

    Inspection & shipping

A final AQL 2.5 audit, with the report and carton photos in your inbox before the container is sealed. Then export docs and freight, handled.

(09)How we work

The industry talks aboutspeed and price. We sellthe second run.The factory that gets itright the first timeis the one you keep.

Clear costing, timelines agreed with you up front, and an inspection report before the container is sealed — not after. That is the whole pitch.

Our story

(10)FAQ

Questionsbuyers ask first.

All questions

How much will my garments cost?

Every price is built for the specific garment — fabric, construction, trims, wash, quantity and destination all move it. Send us your tech pack or a reference garment with your target quantities and our merchandising team will come back with a costed quotation for your order.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimums depend on the product, the fabric and whether fabric can be shared across styles or colourways, so we confirm them per order rather than publishing a single number. Tell us the styles and volumes you have in mind and we will confirm the minimum that works for your programme.

Do you make custom designs or only your own lines?

Both. Most of what we produce is made to our customers’ own tech packs — your sketches, fabric callouts, trims and grading. The rest is our own development, which is what the lookbook shows and which can be adapted under your label.

What are your production lead times?

Lead times depend on the product, fabric sourcing, order volume and season. We confirm a production schedule with you once samples are approved and fabric is booked. Contact us with your target delivery date and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Which certifications do you hold?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on our knit and jersey fabrics, GRS-certified recycled polyester and cotton options, BSCI social compliance auditing, and ISO 9001 on our management system. Test reports ship with the goods.
